AchieveBookings is a highly configurable web-based bookings system. It can be used for bookings of any type from meeting room management to leisure services or registrar services.

AchieveBookings enables you to take bookings over your website or intranet, over the phone or as a self-service system.

Features include shopping basket functionality and related resource bookings (for example, if you book a meeting room, you could be prompted to book a projector).

AchieveBookings can be integrated with Microsoft Exchange to extend the functionality of Microsoft Outlook.

The London Borough of Merton serves around 190,000 residents in the South-West London area. The council has a progressive outlook towards customer service delivery and chose to replace their paper-based bookings system to realize the benefits of an electronic alternative.
