AchieveInformation is a dynamic FAQ and information management application.
AchieveInformation can be used to share information internally or as an external customer resource. Users can raise queries and find online information through powerful search facilities, 24 hours a day. Queries are routed to the correct internal service teams for answering and can be added to the information base.
